We accept payment through both Childcare Vouchers and Government Tax Free Childcare Accounts. If your provider is not listed in the table below, please contact us so that we can register with them.

The Government closed the Childcare Vouchers scheme to new entrants on 4th October 2018. This means that if you are a parent looking for a tax effective way of covering the cost of Childcare, you should register for the Tax-Free-Childcare Scheme.

Holiday Club Payments
- Locate the C4C code, above, that relates to the Voucher Scheme that you will be using. If your scheme is not listed, please email us at holiday@strongrootschildcare.co.uk.
- Go to the Holiday Club Booking page.
- Login, or create a new account.
- Select the days that you require.
- Enter the C4C code in the Discount Code box on the Checkout Page
- C4C Codes can only be applied when you book through the public booking page. You must insert the C4C Code before you complete your order, they cannot be applied after the order is made.
- Immediately after placing the order, go to your Voucher Scheme, and process the payment.
- Strong Roots shall reconcile Vouchers Payments against Bookings once a week. Any bookings not paid for by the second reconciliation shall be cancelled.
